Fee Payment Deadlines
Fee invoices are not mailed to students. Students should log in to to view a summary of outstanding fees, as well as applicable due dates. Please visit Methods of Payment for information on how to pay your fees.
The 2025/2026 deadlines for tuition and fee payments are as follows:
MiM First Year Payment (Summer intensives): August 1, 2025
Fall & Fall/Winter: September 18, 2025
Winter Term: January 21, 2026
Spring/Summer Term course-based MMFT students: April 10, 2026
Spring/Summer Term (all other programs): due May 15, 2026

Winter Term: January 23, 2027
Spring/Summer Term course-based MMFT students: April 10, 2027
Spring/Summer Term (all other programs): May 15, 2027
Late payment fees will be applied if paid after these deadlines.
1, 2 or 3 week Intensive Courses: fees due two weeks prior to course commencement.
Directed Study/Project: Fees due by the first day course begins.
Program Fees with a Start or Renewal Term of Spring: Fees due May 1st of each year (for all programs except MMFT).

Scholarship Recipients
Some scholarship recipients will have their funds applied directly to their student account, which may occur after the fee deadline date. In such a case, any late payment fees will be reversed as long as your scholarship amount is sufficient to cover the outstanding fees.
